Do Not Be Conformed (Romans 12:1-2)

Hi Beloved,

How are you doing this week? I hope your soul was really refreshed by my last letter to you. Keep feeding on my word, and that is how you will have your heart in the right place always.

Romans 12:1-2 KJV: [1] I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. [2] And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Here is another letter to you, and in this, I just want to  admonish  you about something you hear often in your Christian gatherings (or maybe not as often); “Do not be Conformed!”

Truly, I created you and placed you in the world to subdue and dominate it; but you are not of the world. You are an extension of my kingdom on the earth, an ambassador representing me in the dark world that you live in.

I will not want you to be ignorant of how the world around you is evolving everyday; and its system’s constant attempt to pervert the way of truth that I have called you to walk in. You have to be able and be willing to stand out from the ways of the world, but remember this can truly only be achieved by my ability made available by the presence of the Holy Spirit in you.

It is not easy and it won't get any easier to stand for the truth in the rapidly changing world that you live in, but one thing is sure; you have an advantage in the Holy Spirit. 

So, I admonish you again; Do not be Conformed to the ways of the world; instead stand out for the truth and dominate the world for my kingdom. Leverage on the advantage you have in the Holy Spirit and draw strength from Him to walk in the ways of light always.
